| Panmunjom is the place where the Armistice Agreement was concluded on 27 July 1953. It is located 50 km north of Seoul. A place name is Neolmun-ri. The place became famous world widely as the South-North Conference or the Military Armistice Council Conference was held. This is a sad place where country was divided and war broke out between the same nations. | |
